Our olives are harvested from family-owned groves in Koura, a fertile mediterranean area in Northern Lebanon, known for its high-quality olive oil. Organically-grown, without the use of any pesticides or insecticides, the olives are meticulously harvested and cold pressed to extract pure olive oil and preserve the terroir’s flavors and aromas. Canaan 2.32 is a product of over 200 years of olive oil making, a family tradition passed on from one generation to another.
